Basic operating steps of hydraulic backhoe machine

1. Choose a tightener and a sweeping knife based on the last shape.

2. Turn on the power switch and start the oil pump motor.

3. Hold the shoe last with your left hand, insert the circular hole in the shoe last into the top core of the support bracket, and use your right hand to straighten the heel and foot with a pair of pliers. Grasp the guide handle and press the foot start switch to complete the lasting operation.

4. According to the production last shape, comprehensively adjust the height of the support platform and support pad, working speed, the length of each action stroke, temperature, and pressing time to ensure the best effect of the lasting.

5. If glue spraying operation is required, first turn on the glue spraying switch and the glue spraying heating switch. Wait for the heating indicator light and the glue spraying heater heating indicator light to turn on green before spraying operation. Adjust the amount of glue spraying and the clamping force of the glue strip to ensure normal glue feeding.

6. When the adhesive strip is about to run out, do not remove the remaining adhesive strip. Insert the new adhesive strip into the wire slot and connect it with the old adhesive strip.
